Working on Other Obstacles


It has been a fun two months for this project. I have somewhat familiarized myself with Unreal, as well as widgets and blueprints. But, I still have trouble with the UI from time to time. Right now, I am working on the UI when the player steps in the toxic waste hazard and creating more enemies for variety purposes.

In the video, the UI for the hazard material is supposed to fade in when the player steps into it and fade out when the player steps out. It is still a work in progress. As for the turret enemy, it's coming along pretty smoothly. I like the progress that I am currently making and I hope that I don't flounder on it in the weeks to come.
